FAQ

Common questions about lead times, materials, MOQs, artwork, and shipping.

What is the typical lead time?
Lead times vary by product, print process, and tooling. Each quote states a production window after artwork approval so you can plan launches and retail resets.
What MOQs should we expect?
Minimum order quantities depend on the item (cups, mailers, rigid boxes, pouches). Product pages list indicative MOQs; final numbers are confirmed in your quote.
Do you offer sustainable materials?
Yes - we can recommend FSC paperboard, recycled content, aqueous coatings, and end-of-life options that fit your brief and regional recycling rules.
How does artwork and proofing work?
We review dielines, safe zones, and color builds before output. You receive proofs for sign-off; production starts after approval, with changes subject to schedule impact.
Can you ship internationally?
We coordinate export packing and documentation with your forwarder or ours. Duties, taxes, and import compliance remain the buyer's responsibility unless contracted otherwise.
Do you keep stock blanks we can overprint?
Some lines support digital or flexo overprint on standard sizes; others are make-to-order. Tell us your SKU count and volumes and we will propose the leanest path.
What if my product is food-contact or regulated?
Declare intended use (direct/indirect food contact, temperature, shelf life). We align material declarations and migration testing scope with your market's regulations.
How do I start?
Use Request a quote with dimensions, volumes, and artwork status. We reply with options, timing, and any sampling steps.
