Content here describes packaging capabilities in general terms. Specifications, pricing, lead times, and compliance (food contact, labeling, import rules) are confirmed only in a written quote or contract — not from marketing copy alone.
Quotes and orders
Quote requests submitted through the site are invitations to treat, not acceptances. Orders become binding only when both parties sign or confirm in writing under agreed commercial terms (including pricing, lead time, payment, delivery terms, and artwork approval requirements).
Intellectual property
Site design, text, logos, and trademarks belong to Dines Pack or licensors unless stated otherwise. Customer artwork remains customer property subject to your production and display license terms.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, misleading, or infringing submissions.
- No attempts to disrupt, scrape, or overload the site beyond normal browsing.
- No transmission of malware or unsolicited bulk messages through our forms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent allowed, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dines Pack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability related to confirmed orders is governed by the signed commercial agreement.
Indemnity
If you submit artwork, logos, or technical instructions, you represent that you have rights to use them and agree to indemnify Dines Pack against third-party claims arising from those materials.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific customer contract. Disputes that cannot be resolved in good faith may be submitted to the courts of Singapore.
Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
